$200.00/Vomiting in limo;
$25.00/Excessive mess;
$10.00/Broken or missing glasses.
No person under 21 years of age shall consume alcohol in the limo (State Law).
I understand that I am fully responsible for any damage caused to this limo by myself or my party. (Agreed and accepted).
I have received complete services for this transaction with a copy of the charge slip and find it accurate.
